Jam Does Monday’s

Friday 12th Aug we had a really fun interactive craft evening!

Tonight we learnt what Jams get up to on a Monday – some start the week with a really good cup of tea, others potter around the garden, for some Monday is the beginning of their weekend, one celebrates six years of sobriety,  it was also a popular day to do the washing.

But most go to work with a happy smile and a joyful heart…..

She Does Mondays is an international exhibition from September to October in Australia! The amazing  squares you all made this evening will be sewn together into a fabulous piece of art that will be posted in the next week for all to see and enjoy!

You can know introduce yourself as an international artist so well done – there must be a badge / sash for that!

Perhaps we should go on tour with a piece?

The other exciting event of the evening was our Jam Bursary – congratulations to Nicola – who won up to £100 towards the cost of  a course of her choice, I wonder what she will choose – watch this space! And it is her birthday! What an amazing gift !
