Tonight’s chocolate making demonstration certainly put a few smiles on the faces of our ‘Let’s Make Jam’ girls as we sampled the delights of ‘Chocolate by Josie’. Josie provided us with a insightful view of the art of chocolate making with the opportunity to see chocolate tempered and moulded into a variety of shapes and sizes with a wonderful array of flavours. Not only did we get to see Josie at work making a special selection of chocolates but her knowledge on the subject was certainly tested by the many questions and queries made through the evening. Our speaker tonight was a huge success and I hope she wasn’t to traumatised by our enthusiasm and chatter.
Tonight was also a massive success as we hit a FABULOUS total of 30 ladies at our meeting, as many of us realised our room is getting small, don’t worry though we’re on the case to find us more space! Its a very exciting time ladies -we are going onwards and upwards and it was such a joy to see so many new and returning faces.
